At Aer, every piece is handmade and produced to order. We intentionally avoid overproduction and excess inventory as part of our commitment to a more sustainable and responsible way of creating clothing.
Production & Delivery
Because each item is made specifically for you, production takes approximately 7–14 business days before your order is shipped.
Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched and delivered to your selected address.
Please allow 14–30 days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local shipping conditions.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment.
Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to production demand, shipping carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
