Returns
We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, returned in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
